Windows 10 support to end by 2025 : All you need to know

The US-Based tech giant Microsoft recently updated the Windows fact sheet via its website stating that the company will drop support for Windows 10 Home, Pro versions on November 14th 2025. This means no more security fixes or updates for windows 10 after that date.

Microsoft confirmed to launch the newest version of windows potentially known as windows 11 by the end of this month. The event will take place on the 24th of June at 8:30PM IST as per the news confirmed by the company via their Twitter handle. At the Microsoft build 2021 event CEO Satya Nadela confirmed that the next generation's windows update will be the most significant one of the past decades.

Also during the last month at Microsoft build 2021 conference he said “Soon we will share one of the most significant updates to Windows of the past decade to unlock greater economic opportunity for developers and creators. I’ve been self-hosting it over the past several months, and I’m incredibly excited about the next generation of Windows.” 

The new version of Windows is a major revamp to the User Interface, before the retirement of Windows 10 the users will get enough time to switch over to the newest version of Windows.
